Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you when your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, paid orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged. If you chose to pay at pickup, orders must be paid for in full and pickup up within 3 days of receiving the "ready for pickup" email.
How Do I Take Advantage Of The Free Shipping Offer?
If your order is shipping within British Columbia and the total comes to $275.00 or more (before taxes), then just select Free Shipping as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. Large and/or heavy items, including but not limited to bikes, car racks and trainers are excluded from the free shipping offer.
Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping average a 3-12 day delivery depending on your location.

Shipping Heavy or Oversized Items
Please note that some items are not available to ship due to their weight, size, or additional handling charges. These items include but are not limited to bikes, car racks, and trainers. If you wish to purchase one of these items from us and have it shipped we can work to arrange this. For oversized items you may select In-store pickup, pay for the item in full, and arrange a courier to pick up the product from our store front. The purchase of Gift Cards do not count towards our Free Shipping Offer.
Canceling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
Offer applies only to orders of $275.00 or more in merchandise, excluding taxes. Promotional discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility.
The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer.
This promotion applies to deliveries within British Columbia only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in same condition as they were when bought, with all original tags and labels attached. Packaging for item must also be in pristine condition.

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used padded cycling shorts or bib shorts unless there is a manufacturing defect
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A $15.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $1,000.00.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on products with damaged packaging.
- Bikes are subject to a 10% restocking fee
